Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit subject to the terms and conditions below. Before returning items, please call customer service at (631)940-8550 for instructions

  • If your merchandise arrived damaged please keep the original box and damaged merchandise for inspection
  • Defective item claims are subject to review and inspection
  • Returns of non-defective items must be in as-new condition. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns should be shipped in the original box or a sturdy substitute.
  • It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.


Most orders in stock will ship within 4-5 business days. Shipping and Handling for any order in the 48 Contiguous States is $8.50.

Bulk orders: Large quantities will be shipped freight collect by truck or special shipping and handling charges will be added for other arrangements. The costs of any special shipping requests such as Air, multiple shipping addresses, customer designated carrier will be borne by the customer. shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returns.

International Orders

  • We ship internationally via USPS and UPS.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include any import duties, fees and taxes, which may be assessed by local customs. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • For international orders we accept payment via PayPal. For orders to Canada credit cards are also accepted.
  • All international shipments will have an invoice to be assessed by customs that includes a description of the contents, as well as the full value of the products. We will not misrepresent the value of any order.
  • If a shipment is refused at customs for any reason and returned to us undamaged we will refund the cost of the products, but not the shipping cost. No money will be refunded if the products return damaged or do not return at all.

Tax Exempt Status

If you are looking to place an order and are tax exempt, please email a copy of your tax exempt form to [email protected]. Please wait to receive confirmation that your account has been updated to tax exempt status prior to placing your order. Orders charged tax and placed before confirmation cannot be refunded for tax.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive a shipment containing damaged merchandise, please retain the package, including the packing material, and notify us of the damage immediately. We must file a claim from New York and will advise you whether to return the damaged goods. Be sure to include your Order Number. You can find it on shipping papers or on the shipping label.
