Our Extra Thick Spiral Sewn Buffing Wheels are 80 ply to last longer than traditional buffing wheels and provide a larger surface area to polish with. The buffing wheel plys are spiral sewn so greater pressure can be applied when polishing.

- Diameter: 6", Hole: 1/2".
- 80 ply (approx. 1" thick).
- Spiral design holds plys together more stiffly so greater pressure can be applied.
- For polishing all metals, and for use with polishing compounds.
- To apply polishing compounds, simply spin the buffing wheel on a motor or drill and gently press the compound to the wheel. The heat and friction of the spinning wheel will be enough to transfer a small amount of the compound onto the wheel for polishing.
